MDF, padding and fabric add to the final outside size — we make those calculations for you, to 1\/8 inch. If nothing else is specified, inside box measures are assumed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWall or ceiling mount?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBoth work. Wall mount uses the included L-shaped metal brackets.
