What If I Gave You Incorrect Measurements?
If you receive your Roman Shade and realise you measured incorrectly, please contact us straightaway. We may have an easy solution!
For example if the width is a little on the large size, we may be able to trim it at no charge to ensure it fits your window perfectly. However that does depend on the product fabric and design you chose.
If the length is wrong, or the Roman Shade is too narrow, then we can't adjust it. This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order and we request that the incorrect sized shade is returned to us.

We would be very disappointed if this happens, but realise that sometimes people have a change of heart and feel they have chooses the wrong colour, design or style. Whilst we cannot offer a replacement free of charge (as you completely understand!), we are willing to offer our customers a replacement product at 50% of the original order price.
This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order and we request that the original shade is returned to us.
