Lead Time, Shipping And Returns

As all of our products are custom made, please allow us 7-10 working days to create your order.

Please note, if you choose a fabric from our designer fabric selection (as detailed on each product page in the Important Points section) we will require an additional 14 days to order in the material.

We will always email you when your order is out for delivery.

We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders send to North America. Transit time (excluding the time taken to create your product) is normally between 7 and 14 days.

We are unable to ship to other locations and can only deliver to specific addresses, nor to PO Boxes.

RETURNS

As all of our products are custom made to your specifications, we do not routinely accept returns or exchanges unless there are special circumstances.

How long do custom Roman shades take?

LOGANOVA sews every Roman shade to order in its Toronto workroom and ships within 10 days — faster than the multi-week lead times typical for custom window treatments. Each order is cut to the customer's measurements at 1/4-inch precision and delivered by tracked courier, with free shipping and no import duties for US customers.
