We pride ourselves on our excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, and we strive to provide exceptional customer service at every step of your purchase. WHAT IF I GAVE YOU INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS?

If you receive your Roman Shade and realise you measured incorrectly, please contact us straightaway — we may have an easy solution. If the width is slightly too large, we may be able to trim it at no charge so it fits your window perfectly (depending on the fabric and design you chose).

If the length is wrong, or the Roman Shade is too narrow, we can't adjust it. However, we will offer you a replacement in the correct dimensions for 50% of the original price. This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order, and we ask that the incorrectly sized shade is returned to us.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT I ORDERED?

As every product is made to order to your specifications, we cannot offer a free replacement if you change your mind about the colour, design or style. However, we will offer a replacement product at 50% of the original order price. This offer stands for 30 days after you placed the original order, and we ask that the original shade is returned to us.

MY PRODUCT WAS FAULTY ON RECEIPT — WILL YOU REPLACE IT?

Every product is checked by our internal Quality Assurance team before dispatch. If you believe something is wrong with your product, contact us straightaway with full details of the problem — feel free to attach a photo and quote your order number: designer@loganovashades.com

We will repair or remake the product to match the original order as quickly as possible. We will ask that the original shade is returned to us.

WHAT IF MY SHADE BREAKS?

Our custom Roman Shades are created by hand to stringent standards and should withstand normal use for many years. In the unlikely event that your shade stops working properly, contact us so we can help you get it fixed. If we determine the product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement free of charge. We will ask that the original shade is returned to us. Please also see our 1-Year Limited Warranty below.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVER

We provide a warranty against flaws in materials, workmanship or design that result in the product not working properly under normal use within 1 year of receipt of goods. If your product stops working properly within this warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. You will need to ship the product to our workroom. The warranty applies only to the purchaser of the original product, when the product is installed in the original window for which it was created.

THE WARRANTY EXCLUDES

- Defects caused by not following the assembly and/or installation guidelines
- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, alterations, excessive humidity or exposure to the elements (examples include, but are not limited to: loss of colour intensity, fading due to sunlight, exposure to salt air, fraying of fabric, damage from pets or insects, or less-defined pleating if the shade has been kept raised for extended periods)
- Problems or damage resulting from removing the product from its original installation and reinstalling it in the same or another window
- Costs of removal, shipping and/or reinstallation

STATE AND PROVINCIAL LAWS

Neither LOGANOVA SHADES nor its suppliers shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any other indirect damage, loss, cost or expense. The above statement may not apply to you depending on where you live, and you may have other rights defined by the laws of your place of residence.
