A Roman shade is only as good as the system that lifts it. This is that system — a complete cordless mechanism, child-safe and cord-free, prepared to your exact width, height and shade style. The fabric isn’t included here; this is the hardware that makes a beautiful shade actually work.

Each kit is custom prepared in our Toronto workshop to match your measurements and your chosen style, so the shade raises and lowers evenly — with clean, balanced folds every time.

Built for DIY Roman shade projects, for replacing a worn-out lift system, and for designers and workrooms who need dependable hardware on its own. If your shade fabric is still in good shape but the mechanism has given out, this is the clean fix — no need to replace the whole shade.

What’s included

• Cordless mechanism — a complete lift system, prepared for your chosen style and custom size.
• Mounting brackets — for wall or ceiling installation.
• Weight bar — sits in the bottom pocket so the fabric drapes and holds its shape.
• Velcro hook tape — pre-attached to the track, ready to meet your shade.
• Plastic battens — horizontal rods for the sewn-in pockets, for structured, even folds (Flat / Relaxed styles).

Sizing & installation

• The track is prepared to the size option you select.
• For an inside mount, order the track ½" narrower than the window opening.
• Minimum window depth: 1¾".
• Suitable for any height within the selected range.
