What's included with my shade?
Your shade comes with the chain mechanism and brackets, plus installation instructions — including a QR code that links to our installation video on YouTube. You need a drill, a pencil and about fifteen minutes.
How do I install it — inside or outside mount?
Our installation guide walks you through it step by step, and there is a video for outside-mount installation. The bracket clicks into the track — no wrestling with the fabric itself. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will help.
My shade isn't working right after install — what now?
Have a look at our troubleshooting guide — it covers the most common issues. If it is still not right, send us a photo or short video at our contact page and we will help you sort it out.
Which mechanism should I pick before ordering?
The child-safe chain is our standard and the easiest to live with. Cordless keeps the window bare of hardware but gets heavy to lift on very wide or tall shades — for those we recommend chain or a motorized lift with remote and schedule.
