This product is for a chain Roman shade mechanism only. Fabric Roman shade is NOT included.

If your Roman shade fabric is still in great condition but the lifting system no longer works properly, this is a professional replacement solution without the need to purchase a new shade.

What's Included

• Complete chain mechanism set prepared for your selected Roman shade style and custom size
• Chain clutch mechanism with continuous chain loop
• Chain tensioner (child-safety device — please install as directed)
• Wall/ceiling mounting brackets
• Weight bar for the bottom pocket (European Relaxed and Flat/Relaxed styles)
• Velcro hook tape pre-attached to the track
• Plastic horizontal battens (rods) for sewn-in pockets — Flat/Relaxed styles

The weight bar is designed to be inserted into the bottom pocket of the shade, helping the fabric drape beautifully and maintain the shade's structure. The plastic battens help create structured folds and allow the shade to raise and lower evenly with clean, balanced pleats.

Roman shade fabric is not included. This product is the mechanism and hardware only.

Sizing & Installation Notes

• The track is prepared based on the size option you select
• For inside mount, order the track ½" narrower than the window opening
• Minimum required window depth: 1¾"
• Suitable for windows of any height within the selected size range
• Please specify left or right chain position in your order note (default: right)

Custom Preparation

Each chain mechanism is custom prepared to match your selected width, height and Roman shade style, ensuring smooth and even operation.

When you place an order, please leave a note with: 1) your exact measurements (Width × Height), 2) chain position (left or right), 3) a phone number for shipping.

Because this item is made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once production begins.

Child Safety

This system includes a chain tensioner that keeps the chain loop taut and out of reach. Always install the tensioner. Keep chains away from children — for nurseries and kids' rooms, ask us about a cordless option.
