Build a professional cordless Roman shade at home — this is the complete lift mechanism kit, cut to your exact width. Made for DIY sewists, decorators and upholsterers who supply their own fabric. Fabric is not included.

Every kit is assembled to order and cut to your custom width for a clean, tailored result — no cords, no chains, and nothing for a child or pet to reach. Handmade in Toronto with 1/4" precision, ships in 10 days or less.

What the kit does for you

• Cut to your custom width — the track arrives at the finished width you give us, to 1/8″, so your Roman hangs straight.
• Everything to lift the shade — cordless lift track, mounting brackets, weight bar, plastic battens and Velcro hook tape. You add the fabric and lining.
• Two fold styles — choose European Relaxed for a soft curved hem, or Flat / Classic for crisp horizontal folds.

What's included

How to order

1. Choose your fold style (European Relaxed or Flat / Classic).
2. Choose the width range and height range that match your shade. The height range is all we need for the lift cord — we cut the cord to cover that range with length to spare, so there's nothing else to measure there.
3. Enter the finished width of the mechanism — this is the one number we need from you. It's exactly what we cut, to 1/8″. We build the track to the width you give us; we don't measure your window, so please give us the width you want the mechanism to be.
4. Choose inside or outside mount (this decides which brackets we pack), confirm you understand the kit is hardware only, and leave a phone number for shipping.
