Ripple fold channel rod track, cut to your finished width in our Toronto workroom and shipped ready to install. A low-profile rectangular channel, 0.65″ × 0.80″ (16.5 × 20.3 mm), with quick-load glide carriers, ceiling brackets, end caps and end stops all in the box. Workroom-grade hardware from a shop that has been making window textiles for over twenty years.

Carriers come pre-loaded in the track. You mount the brackets, clip the track in, and hang.

Carrier count is set for 100% fullness ripple fold at 2 1/8″ spacing, pair draw — panels meet in the centre and stack to both sides. Each panel gets an even number of carriers, which is what keeps the folds symmetrical. Need a different fullness, a single-direction draw, or extra carriers? Message us and we'll set the count for your panels.

Every part of the system — track, brackets, end caps, joiners — is produced in the same five finishes, so a whole run matches.

How to order

Give us the finished width of the track — that is exactly what we cut. We make the track to the number you give us; we don't measure your window for you. Pick the width band closest to your finished size and leave your exact width in the order notes.

Maximum shipping length — 105″

One continuous rod ships up to 105″ (2667 mm), and that ceiling is the courier's, not ours: UPS will not accept a parcel longer than this, so even a full 10′ stock length cannot go out in one piece. Wider opening? We supply it as two identical halves with a channel joiner, the joint sitting dead centre with a bracket under it — the carriers glide straight through and the run reads as one continuous track. Tell us your finished width and we cut both halves to match.

Extra brackets

Your rod ships with the brackets the run needs. If you want spares, or the wall mount version with a decorative cover plate that hides the fasteners, those are listed on their own: Slim Line Bracket with Decorative Cover Plate.

Shipping

Free shipping from our Toronto workroom. Long rods ship oversize, in a rigid box, fully taped and corner-protected. Most orders leave in 10 days or less. CUSMA-qualifying — no duty for US customers.

Custom items

Cut-to-order hardware isn't returnable — so we make it right. If anything is wrong on our side, we remake it. Not sure of the finish? We don't charge for the fabric samples themselves — you only cover the shipping, and when you place your order that cost is credited back to you.

FAQ

Will this track work with drapery I already have? Yes, if the panels are headed for ripple fold (s-fold) with snap tape or rings. The carriers take standard drapery hooks and snap tape. Send us a photo of the heading before you order and we'll confirm the fit for you.

How many brackets do I need, and how far apart? They are included — 3 on 48″, 4 on 72″, 5 on 96″, 6 on 105″. We never space them more than 24″ apart, and on a run supplied in two halves one bracket always sits directly under the joint.

Can I have wall mount instead of ceiling? Yes, at no extra charge. Ceiling brackets are what ships by default, so leave a note before you order and we will pack wall brackets instead.

What if my opening is wider than 105″? We supply two identical halves joined at dead centre with a channel joiner. Carriers glide through the joint and the run reads as one track. The 105″ limit is the courier's parcel length, not a limit of the system.

Do the brackets and end caps match the rod finish? Yes. Track, brackets, end caps and joiners are all made in the same five finishes, so you can order a complete run in one colour without hunting for matching parts.
