Will it fit my window?

Yes — each shade is sewn to your exact window within 1/8 inch, and we take the inside-mount deductions for you. Send your measurements with the order (we’ll show you how), and we confirm a sketch before cutting. If our mistake makes it wrong, we remake it.

What if I can’t return a custom shade?

Custom items aren’t returnable — so we make it right: order swatches first to see the colour and weave at home, approve the sketch before we cut, and we remake anything wrong on our side. 2,000+ five-star reviews stand behind that promise.

How long until it ships?

Most orders ship in 10 days or less, direct from our Toronto workroom — while most custom window treatments take six to eight weeks. Production starts once your measurements are confirmed, and tracking follows the moment it leaves the bench.

Aren’t corded blinds banned?

No. Our corded design is child-safe: the operating cord runs fully enclosed in a wall-mounted cord channel, with no loose or looped cord, meeting US (WCMA/CPSC) and Canadian (Health Canada) corded window-covering safety requirements. Cordless and motorized controls are also available.
